Matt And Samantha

Matt and I are college sweethearts.  We are both from Western Pennsylvania, but after living in Pittsburgh for a short time, we made a big decision to pack up and move to the DC Metro Area in 2007.  It was 3 weeks before getting married (it was such a CRAZY thing to do, moving to another state 3 weeks before your wedding).  It has turned out to be the best choice we have ever made.  We have been here for 7 years, bought a home in Northern VA in 2010, and LOVE it.  A part of us still misses "home" in PA where we still have family, but we travel back often to spend time.  Matt is a VP of Production for a Video Production Company.  He loves what he does, and I love that he works SO hard to make it possible for me to be at home with our little ones!

Matthew

In August 2007 we welcomed our first child, Matthew Murphy.  He is now a very happy, energetic 7 year old. Matthew loves anything that involves sports.  Football, Basketball, Baseball.  He will play or watch anything.  Math is his favorite subject, and in the fall he will be off to 2nd Grade!

  Lillian

Then in 2009 we had the wonderful addition of Lillian Alice to our family.  Now our very opinionated, stubborn 5 year old, she certainly keeps things interesting!  She loves purses, dresses and anything girly.  She is also a very picky eater, which always makes mealtimes a challenge. However, her wonderful smile, and great big hugs and kisses make everyday wonderful.

                                    Joshua

Unsure if we should have a third, Matt and I made the final decision March 2012.  10 months later we excitedly welcomed Joshua.  He completes our family in the most perfect way.  Now 2 years later, he is keeping us on our toes.  JD is our adventurous baby who will try to get into trouble any way possible.  He also already has bat and ball in hand at the ballfields and tries to imitate his big brother in every way.
